Sabor Cruise Festival 2027 — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, booking, or participating in the Sabor Cruise Festival (“Sabor”), each guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Sabor Is an Independent Festival

Sabor Cruise Festival LLC produces entertainment and festival programming that takes place in connection with a cruise vacation. Sabor is not a cruise line and does not own, operate, manage, or control the cruise ship.

Celebrity Cruises provides and controls the cruise, vessel, accommodations, dining, transportation, itinerary, ports, onboard operations, safety procedures, and other cruise services.

Sabor is responsible only for the festival programming and services it directly provides or controls.

2. Celebrity Cruises Terms

All guests are separately subject to Celebrity Cruises’ passenger contract, cancellation and refund policies, travel requirements, safety rules, and other applicable terms.

Guests are responsible for reviewing Celebrity Cruises’ current terms before booking and traveling. Sabor cannot modify, override, or make exceptions to Celebrity Cruises’ policies.

3. Travel Documents & Eligibility

Each guest is solely responsible for having all required passports, visas, identification, immigration documents, and other travel documentation.

Sabor is not responsible if a guest cannot travel, is denied boarding or entry, or misses any portion of the trip because of missing or expired documents, immigration issues, legal restrictions, illness, transportation problems, missed flights, late arrival, personal emergencies, or other circumstances outside Sabor’s reasonable control.

Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

4. Guest Cancellations & No-Shows

Failure or inability of a guest to attend does not create a right to a Sabor refund except where otherwise required by law.

Cruise fare cancellations, refunds, and credits are governed by Celebrity Cruises’ applicable policies.

Sabor is not responsible for expenses or losses resulting from a guest missing the cruise or festival for reasons outside Sabor’s reasonable control.

5. Artists & Entertainment

All advertised artists, DJs, comedians, hosts, speakers, influencers, and special guests are subject to change.

If any advertised participant cannot appear because of illness, travel problems, visa issues, emergencies, transportation delays, contractual issues, or circumstances outside Sabor’s reasonable control, Sabor may substitute talent, change the schedule, relocate an event, or provide alternative programming.

The absence of a particular performer or participant does not constitute cancellation of the Sabor Cruise Festival and does not automatically qualify guests for a refund.

6. Schedule & Programming Changes

Festival events, schedules, locations, venues, performers, activities, and times are subject to change.

Changes may occur because of ship operations, weather, itinerary changes, venue availability, safety concerns, cruise-line requirements, performer availability, government action, or other circumstances outside Sabor’s reasonable control.

Reasonable changes or substitutions do not constitute cancellation of the festival.

7. Cruise & Itinerary Changes

Celebrity Cruises controls the ship, itinerary, ports, arrival and departure times, and cruise operations.

Sabor is not responsible for missed or changed ports, ship delays, itinerary changes, weather-related changes, mechanical issues, cruise cancellations, or other decisions or circumstances involving the cruise.

Any refund or compensation relating to the cruise portion of a booking is governed by Celebrity Cruises’ policies.

8. If the Sabor Festival Is Canceled

If the Sabor Cruise Festival itself is completely canceled and no substantially equivalent Sabor festival programming is provided, eligible guests will receive a refund for the applicable Sabor festival portion only.

For eligible fully paid, non-discounted bookings, the maximum festival refund will generally be $150–$200 per booking, depending on the room/package purchased.

This amount represents only the Sabor festival portion of the purchase and does not represent or include the cruise fare.

Cancellation of Sabor does not automatically cancel the cruise reservation. If Celebrity Cruises continues operating the cruise, the guest remains subject to Celebrity Cruises’ cancellation and refund policies.

Sabor is not responsible for refunding the cruise portion of the booking.

9. Sales, Discounts & Promotions

Refunds for the Sabor festival portion are based on the amount actually paid toward that portion after applicable Sabor discounts, promotions, credits, or reductions.

A guest cannot receive a festival refund greater than the festival portion actually paid.

For example, if a booking normally includes a $150 festival portion but received a $100 applicable Sabor promotional discount, the maximum festival refund may be $50. If a $200 festival portion received a $100 applicable discount, the maximum refund may be $100.

Bookings made during sales or promotions may therefore qualify for less than the standard $150–$200 festival refund.

10. Events Outside Sabor’s Control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabor is not responsible for losses, cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, transportation disruptions, port closures, cruise-line decisions, mechanical problems involving the vessel, acts of third parties, war, or civil unrest.

When reasonably possible, Sabor may modify, relocate, reschedule, or substitute programming instead of canceling the festival.

11. Guest Conduct & Personal Property

Guests must follow Celebrity Cruises’ rules and all applicable laws. Guests removed from an event or ship because of misconduct, illegal activity, harassment, unsafe behavior, intoxication, or violation of cruise-line policies are not entitled to a Sabor refund.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Sabor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Assumption of Risk

Guests voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with travel and participation in festival activities, including nightlife, dancing, fitness activities, pool activities, excursions, and other entertainment.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived.

13. Photography & Video

Sabor events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, documentary, social media, and marketing purposes. By entering Sabor-controlled festival areas, guests acknowledge that incidental images or recordings of attendees may occur, subject to applicable law.

14. Third Parties & Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabor is responsible only for services it directly provides or controls.

Sabor is not responsible for the acts, omissions, cancellations, policies, or failures of Celebrity Cruises, airlines, hotels, transportation companies, excursion providers, independent performers, government authorities, or other third parties outside Sabor’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and understand that the cruise itself is separately governed by Celebrity Cruises’ applicable terms and policies.

The person making the booking is responsible for providing these Terms to all guests included in the reservation.
