ABOUT CELEBRITY REFLECTION Celebrity Reflection is operated by Celebrity Cruises. The ship offers a variety of restaurants, bars, lounges, pools, entertainment venues, a theater, casino, spa, fitness center, shopping, outdoor areas, and activities for different age groups. Some ship amenities are included with your cruise fare, while others require reservations or additional payment. Availability, operating hours, age requirements, dress codes, and prices are determined by Celebrity Cruises. Sabor Cruise Festival LLC does not own, operate, manage, staff, or control Celebrity Reflection. Celebrity Cruises is responsible for the ship, crew, accommodations, dining operations, navigation, safety, security, medical operations, itinerary, ports, and general onboard services. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION Room Occupancy A minimum of two paying guests is required per room. A guest traveling alone may be required to pay the same total room price as two guests because cruise stateroom pricing is based primarily on double occupancy. Third- and fourth-guest accommodations are limited and are not available in every room category. Contact Sabor for current pricing and availability before assuming that three or four guests can stay together. All guests, including children and infants, must be included in the reservation and approved by Celebrity Cruises. Room Categories Inside Room: An interior stateroom without an exterior window. Ocean View/Window Room: A stateroom with a window or porthole. The window may not open, and the size, shape, location, or view may vary. Veranda Room: A stateroom with a private outdoor veranda or balcony. Pictures are provided as examples. Actual rooms may vary in layout, size, furniture, location, view, balcony design, and accessibility. Specific rooms, decks, connecting rooms, nearby rooms, bed arrangements, views, and locations are requests only unless confirmed in writing by Celebrity Cruises. Sabor cannot guarantee that separate reservations will be located near each other. Obstructed or partially obstructed views may exist within certain room categories. Bed Arrangements Guests may request one combined bed or separated beds where available. Third and fourth guests may sleep on a sofa bed, pull-out bed, upper berth, or another arrangement selected by Celebrity Cruises. Bed requests are not guaranteed and remain subject to the room’s configuration and Celebrity Cruises’ approval. Room Assignments Final stateroom numbers may not be available when the initial reservation is made. Celebrity Cruises controls room inventory and assignments. Sabor may place guests in any stateroom that meets the category purchased. Complimentary upgrades, if offered, are not guaranteed and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. EARLY-BIRD PRICING Guests who reserve by September 30, 2026 may qualify for the following early-bird rates: * Inside Room: $799 per person * Ocean View/Window Room: $899 per person * Veranda Room: $1,099 per person Prices are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. A two-person Inside room would therefore begin at $1,598, an Ocean View/Window room at $1,798, and a Veranda room at $2,198 during the early-bird promotion. Rates are subject to availability. A room is not considered secured until the required payment has been received and the reservation has been accepted and confirmed. After September 30, 2026, promotional prices may end, regular prices may return, and the required deposit may increase from $100 to $250 per person. Published rates may be corrected if they contain an obvious typographical, technical, or pricing error. Sabor may cancel and refund a transaction processed at a clearly incorrect price when permitted by law. THREE WAYS TO BOOK 1. Pay in Full Pay the complete package price at the time of booking. There will be no remaining balance unless the reservation is later changed, upgraded, or adjusted. 2. Buy Now, Pay Later Eligible guests may apply to divide the full purchase into payments through an available third-party financing provider. Approval is not guaranteed. Eligibility, payment amounts, interest, fees, credit decisions, late-payment consequences, and repayment terms are determined entirely by the financing provider. Sabor does not make financing decisions and cannot change or override the financing provider’s rules. Guests remain responsible for completing all required payments. 3. Sabor Deposit Option For a limited time, guests may reserve with a deposit of $100 per person. Because rooms require at least two guests, the minimum deposit for a two-person room is $200. The deposit is applied toward the total room balance. It is not an additional charge. After September 30, 2026, the required deposit is expected to increase to $250 per person, and early-bird prices will no longer be guaranteed. IMPORTANT DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT DEADLINE All remaining balances must be paid in full by February 15, 2027, or the purchaser must be successfully enrolled in an approved Buy Now, Pay Later arrangement by that date. Submitting an application for financing does not mean the guest has been approved. Approval must be completed by the deadline. If the required balance is not paid and approved financing has not been completed by February 15, 2027: * The reservation may be canceled * The room may be released and sold to another guest * The guest will lose the deposit * Sabor is not required to hold the original room, category, rate, or promotion * Reinstatement is not guaranteed and may require a new booking at the current price Payment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Guests remain responsible for remembering and meeting all deadlines even if a reminder is delayed, filtered as spam, sent to an outdated contact, or not received. Do not submit a deposit unless you understand and accept the final-payment requirement. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND NO-SHOWS All reservations are subject to the Sabor Terms & Conditions and Celebrity Cruises’ applicable cancellation rules. A guest’s inability or decision not to travel does not automatically create a right to a refund. This includes cancellation caused by: * Missing, expired, incorrect, or damaged travel documents * Visa or immigration problems * Being denied boarding or denied entry into a destination * Legal restrictions or travel restrictions * Illness, injury, pregnancy, hospitalization, or medical concerns * Family or personal emergencies * Missed, canceled, or delayed flights * Traffic or transportation problems * Arriving after the boarding deadline * Work, school, financial, or scheduling conflicts * Fear of weather or travel * Failure to make required payments * Failure to complete Celebrity Cruises’ online check-in * Removal from the ship or an event because of misconduct * Disagreement with a performer, schedule, venue, or itinerary change Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase independent travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay, missed connection, baggage, emergency medical care, and emergency evacuation coverage. Travel insurance must normally be purchased before a covered incident occurs. Sabor cannot guarantee that an insurance provider will approve a claim. If a guest voluntarily cancels, any refund or credit will be determined by the written terms that apply to the reservation, the date of cancellation, amounts already committed to Celebrity Cruises or third parties, and applicable law. A no-show or missed sailing generally receives no refund from Sabor. IF THE SABOR FESTIVAL IS CANCELED The Sabor package contains two different components: 1. The cruise vacation provided and controlled by Celebrity Cruises 2. The Sabor festival programming provided and controlled by Sabor Cruise Festival LLC If Sabor completely cancels its festival programming and does not provide substantially equivalent programming, eligible guests may receive a refund of the applicable Sabor festival portion only. For an eligible, fully paid, non-discounted reservation, the maximum Sabor festival refund will generally be between $150 and $200 per booking, depending on the package purchased. The remaining amount represents the cruise vacation and related services—not the Sabor entertainment portion. If a promotion or discount reduced the amount paid toward the Sabor festival portion, the maximum refund will be reduced accordingly. A guest cannot receive a festival refund greater than the actual festival amount paid. For example, if a booking normally contains a $150 festival portion but received an applicable $100 Sabor discount, the maximum festival refund may be $50. Cancellation of the Sabor festival does not automatically cancel the Celebrity cruise. If Celebrity Cruises continues operating the sailing, the cruise reservation remains subject to Celebrity Cruises’ policies. Sabor is not responsible for refunding the cruise portion of a package when Celebrity Cruises continues to provide the cruise. CHANGES TO ARTISTS AND ENTERTAINMENT All advertised artists, DJs, comedians, hosts, influencers, speakers, performers, partners, and special guests are subject to change. A performer may be changed or removed because of illness, injury, visa problems, travel delays, missed flights, emergencies, weather, government action, contractual issues, ship requirements, venue limitations, or other circumstances. Sabor may substitute talent, modify the lineup, change a performance time, shorten or relocate an event, combine events, or provide alternative programming. The absence or replacement of one artist, DJ, comedian, host, or special guest does not mean that the entire festival has been canceled and does not automatically qualify guests for a refund. SCHEDULE AND VENUE CHANGES The final Sabor schedule will be released closer to departure and may continue to change during the cruise. Celebrity Cruises controls the availability and use of onboard venues. Sabor events may be moved, delayed, shortened, rescheduled, combined, substituted, or canceled because of: * Ship operations * Safety or security requirements * Weather * Itinerary changes * Venue availability or capacity * Sound restrictions * Cruise-line requirements * Performer availability * Medical emergencies * Government actions * Circumstances outside Sabor’s reasonable control Guests are responsible for checking official Sabor updates during the trip. Reasonable schedule, venue, or programming changes do not constitute cancellation of the festival. BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH CELEBRITY CRUISES The regular Celebrity cruise and the Sabor Cruise Festival are not the same product. A reservation made directly through Celebrity Cruises, another website, travel agency, cruise broker, rewards program, or third party may not include access to Sabor events, entertainment, wristbands, parties, gifts, transportation, support, or other Sabor benefits. Do not independently reserve the same sailing and assume that Sabor admission can be added later. Festival-only admission is not guaranteed and may be unavailable. To receive the complete Sabor experience, guests should reserve through Sabor’s official website or receive written confirmation from Sabor that festival admission is included. GUEST INFORMATION AND NAME REQUIREMENTS The purchaser must provide complete and accurate information for every guest, including: * Full legal name exactly as shown on the travel document * Date of birth * Gender or other information requested by Celebrity Cruises * Citizenship * Address * Telephone number * Email address * Emergency contact * Passport or identification information when requested Nicknames should not be used in place of legal names. The purchaser is responsible for checking all confirmations and reporting errors immediately. Sabor is not responsible when a guest cannot travel because the purchaser submitted incorrect or incomplete information. Name changes, guest substitutions, room changes, and occupancy changes are subject to availability, deadlines, cruise-line approval, and possible fees. Replacing one guest with another is not always permitted. Changing the number of guests may cause the entire room price to be recalculated. PASSPORTS, IDENTIFICATION AND VISAS Every guest is responsible for confirming and carrying the documents required for their citizenship, residency status, age, itinerary, and immigration situation. A valid passport is strongly recommended for every guest, including U.S. citizens and children. A passport may be necessary if an emergency requires a guest to fly home from outside the United States. For certain closed-loop cruises beginning and ending at the same U.S. port, Celebrity Cruises may accept alternative documents from qualifying U.S. citizens. Requirements can change and may differ for children, permanent residents, non-U.S. citizens, dual citizens, guests with visas, and guests with special immigration circumstances. A REAL ID by itself does not prove U.S. citizenship and may not be enough for international cruise travel. Hospital birth records, photocopies, expired identification, voter-registration cards, and Social Security cards may not be accepted. Non-U.S. citizens should expect to need a valid passport and any required U.S. visa, resident card, ESTA authorization, re-entry permit, or destination visa. Names on the reservation must match the travel documents. Sabor cannot determine whether a particular guest is legally eligible to travel. Guests should verify requirements directly with Celebrity Cruises and the appropriate government authorities before making nonrefundable payments. A guest denied boarding or entry because of missing, expired, damaged, incorrect, or insufficient documents is not entitled to a Sabor refund. CHILDREN AND MINORS Children and teenagers are welcome only when permitted under Celebrity Cruises’ current policies. Parents and guardians are responsible for confirming: * Minimum sailing-age requirements * Adult-to-minor room requirements * Required parental-consent documents * Custody or guardianship documentation * Birth certificates and passports * Rules for a child traveling with only one parent * Rules for a minor traveling with an adult who is not the parent * Age restrictions for onboard venues and activities Sabor nightlife events may contain loud music, alcohol service, mature comedy, flashing lights, crowded dance areas, or late-night programming. Certain events may be restricted to adults or may not be appropriate for children. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children. Sabor does not provide childcare. PREGNANCY, HEALTH AND MEDICAL NEEDS Guests who are pregnant, have a medical condition, have recently undergone surgery, require oxygen, use medical equipment, need refrigerated medication, or may require special assistance must review Celebrity Cruises’ medical and eligibility requirements before booking. Celebrity Cruises may restrict travel after a certain point in pregnancy and may require medical documentation. The ship’s medical facility is not a full-service hospital. Medical examinations, treatment, medication, transportation, evacuation, and related services may result in significant charges that are not included in the package. Guests are responsible for bringing sufficient medication in its original labeled packaging. Essential medication and medical equipment should be kept in carry-on luggage. Sabor does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for determining whether a guest is medically fit to travel. ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL REQUESTS Guests requiring an accessible stateroom, mobility assistance, dietary accommodation, service-animal approval, hearing assistance, visual assistance, medical equipment, or another accommodation should notify Sabor before booking and contact Celebrity Cruises as early as possible. Accessible staterooms and services are limited and subject to availability. Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the responsible provider. Sabor cannot guarantee that every ship venue, port, excursion, transportation provider, or Sabor activity will be fully accessible. AIRFARE, HOTEL AND ARRIVAL Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights, hotel, transportation, parking, and other travel expenses. We strongly recommend arriving in the Fort Lauderdale area no later than Thursday, July 29, 2027. Arriving the day before the cruise reduces the risk of missing the ship because of flight delays, cancellations, weather, traffic, baggage problems, or other disruptions. The ship will not wait for a guest whose flight, hotel shuttle, rideshare, vehicle, or other transportation is delayed. Guests should not schedule an early return flight on Monday, August 2. Although the ship is scheduled to arrive at approximately 7:00 AM, guests must wait for the ship to clear customs and for their disembarkation group to be called. Delays are possible. Sabor is not responsible for missed flights or additional travel expenses. CRUISE TERMINAL AND BOARDING The exact terminal and boarding instructions will be announced when confirmed by Celebrity Cruises and Port Everglades. Guests must complete Celebrity Cruises’ online check-in by the required deadline and select or accept an assigned arrival time. Every guest should download the Celebrity Cruises app and regularly review the reservation for: * Online check-in * Health or safety questions * Arrival time * Boarding pass * Luggage tags * Dining information * Safety instructions * Muster-drill requirements * Ship announcements * Onboard account information Guests should arrive during the approved boarding window with all required documents readily available. Do not wait until the ship’s scheduled departure time to arrive. Boarding closes before departure, and late guests may be denied boarding. ONBOARD ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL CHARGES Celebrity Cruises may require every guest or room to establish an onboard expense account using a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit. Personal purchases and additional services will be charged to this account. Guests should review their account during the cruise and report disputed onboard charges directly to Celebrity Cruises before leaving the ship. Sabor does not control, process, or resolve charges placed on a guest’s Celebrity Cruises onboard account. DRINK PACKAGE INFORMATION The included drink package is governed entirely by Celebrity Cruises’ current rules. Package limits may apply to: * Beverage prices * Brands * Venues * Daily service * Age eligibility * Destination laws * Availability * Drink sharing * Intoxication or unsafe conduct Premium drinks may require payment of an upgrade or the difference in price. Packages cannot be shared. Bartenders and ship personnel may refuse alcohol service when appropriate. Guests must meet Celebrity Cruises’ minimum drinking-age requirements. Sabor cannot make exceptions. The included package does not guarantee that every requested product, brand, or beverage will be available. WI-FI INFORMATION The included Wi-Fi package is subject to Celebrity Cruises’ network rules and technical limitations. Internet speed and availability may vary because the service is provided by satellite. Outages, slower speeds, blocked services, device limits, and location-based interruptions may occur. Sabor does not guarantee uninterrupted internet access and is not responsible for business losses, missed communications, or other damages caused by internet interruptions. DINING INFORMATION Standard meals in designated included restaurants and buffet locations are included. Specialty dining, premium menu items, certain beverages, room-service fees, snacks, restaurants, and dining experiences may cost extra. Dining times, table sizes, restaurant assignments, seating requests, and group seating are not guaranteed. Separate reservations may receive different dining assignments. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should notify Celebrity Cruises in advance and speak directly with the dining team aboard the ship. Sabor cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. SHORE EXCURSIONS AND PORT DAYS Shore excursions are not included unless specifically advertised in writing. Guests may purchase excursions through Celebrity Cruises or independent providers. Excursion operators are separate third parties and are responsible for their own transportation, equipment, staff, safety practices, cancellations, and services. Guests leaving the ship are responsible for monitoring local time and returning before the all-aboard deadline. The ship may leave without guests who return late. Sabor is not responsible for missed departures, injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, or expenses connected to independent excursions, taxis, rentals, beaches, restaurants, or other activities ashore. WEATHER AND HURRICANE SEASON The cruise takes place during the Atlantic hurricane season. Weather conditions may cause Celebrity Cruises to change the itinerary, skip a port, substitute a destination, adjust arrival or departure times, delay the cruise, shorten the cruise, or take other safety measures. These decisions are made by Celebrity Cruises, the captain, government authorities, or port officials—not by Sabor. Guests should understand this possibility before booking and are strongly encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance. GUEST CONDUCT All guests must follow Celebrity Cruises’ Guest Conduct Policy, ship safety instructions, applicable laws, and Sabor event rules. The following behavior may result in removal from a Sabor event, loss of festival access, reporting to ship security, or removal from the ship: * Violence or threats * Harassment or discrimination * Unwanted sexual behavior * Fighting * Dangerous or disruptive conduct * Severe intoxication * Illegal drug use or possession * Providing alcohol to a minor * Tampering with safety equipment * Damage to the ship, venue, or another person’s property * Unauthorized professional vending or promotion * Entering restricted areas * Refusing instructions from ship or event personnel A guest removed because of misconduct is not entitled to a Sabor refund and remains responsible for personal expenses, damages, fines, transportation, or other consequences. WRISTBANDS AND FESTIVAL ACCESS Sabor may provide wristbands, credentials, badges, or digital identification for festival access. Credentials are issued only to approved Sabor guests and may not be transferred, shared, copied, sold, or given to another person. Guests may be required to present their credential and identification before entering an event. Damaged, altered, transferred, or fraudulent credentials may be canceled. Lost credentials should be reported immediately. Replacement is subject to verification and availability. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO Sabor events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, documentary, editorial, advertising, and social-media purposes. By entering an official Sabor event area, guests understand that incidental images, voices, or recordings of attendees may occur, subject to applicable law. Guests should contact Sabor before the event if they have a serious privacy or safety concern. Sabor will make reasonable efforts to address the concern but cannot guarantee that a guest will never appear in crowd footage or the background of another person’s photograph. Guests may not use professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, drones, or commercial recording equipment without written authorization from Sabor and Celebrity Cruises. PERSONAL PROPERTY Guests are responsible for protecting their luggage, electronics, passports, money, jewelry, medications, and other personal property. Sabor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed, or damaged property except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Lost items aboard the ship should be reported directly to Celebrity Cruises. Lost items at a hotel, airport, port, excursion, or independent venue should be reported to the responsible business. EVENTS OUTSIDE SABOR’S CONTROL To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, injuries, costs, or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including: * Hurricanes or severe weather * Natural disasters * Public-health emergencies * Government actions * Port closures * Strikes or labor interruptions * War, terrorism, or civil unrest * Transportation disruptions * Flight cancellations * Cruise-line decisions * Ship mechanical problems * Venue closures * Internet or electrical failures * Acts or failures of third parties * Medical emergencies * Artist travel or immigration problems When reasonably possible, Sabor may modify, substitute, relocate, reschedule, or replace programming instead of canceling the festival. COMMUNICATIONS AND UPDATES Important information may be sent by email, telephone, text message, social media, the Sabor website, WhatsApp, or another announced communication channel. The purchaser must provide accurate contact information and notify Sabor of any changes. Guests are responsible for: * Checking email and spam folders * Reading official updates * Sharing information with everyone in the room * Responding to information requests * Completing required forms * Meeting payment and check-in deadlines Social media comments, conversations with entertainers, or statements from unofficial representatives do not modify a reservation or create a binding promise. Only written information issued through Sabor’s official channels or authorized representatives should be relied upon. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Celebrity Cruises, airlines, hotels, transportation companies, financing providers, excursion operators, restaurants, photographers, entertainers, vendors, and other service providers are separate third parties. Sabor is responsible only for the festival services it directly provides or controls. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabor is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, cancellations, delays, injuries, pricing, or service failures of independent third parties. TERMS, POLICIES AND ACCEPTANCE By submitting a payment, completing a reservation, or participating in the Sabor Cruise Festival, the purchaser and every included guest acknowledge and agree that: * They have read the information on this page * They agree to the official Sabor Terms & Conditions * They are separately subject to Celebrity Cruises’ passenger contract and policies * Sabor is an independent festival organizer and not a cruise line * The cruise and festival are separate components of the package * Artists, schedules, venues, destinations, and activities may change * Each guest is responsible for travel documents and eligibility * Each guest accepts the ordinary risks associated with travel, nightlife, dancing, pools, fitness activities, excursions, alcohol service, and festival participation * The purchaser is responsible for sharing all information and terms with every guest in the reservation Nothing in these policies is intended to waive a consumer right or exclude liability that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
